Shipping & Return Policy – Fit Essentials

Shipping Policy

At Fit Essentials, we strive to ensure fast and reliable delivery of your order.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 6 business days, unless an item is on backorder from the manufacturer. You will be notified of any delays.

  • Shipping Cost (Canada):

    • FREE Shipping on orders over $100 CAD (before taxes).

    • A $14.00 CAD flat rate applies to orders under $100 CAD.

    • Oversized or heavy items, or shipments to remote locations, may incur extra charges. We will contact you in advance for approval.

  • Shipping to the United States:

    • A $21.00 CAD flat rate applies to U.S. orders under $100 CAD.

    • U.S. orders over $100 CAD may qualify for reduced rates — please inquire for a quote.

  • Delivery Time: Orders are shipped via UPS and typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days in Canada. U.S. shipping times may vary depending on customs.


Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted for unused, unworn items in original packaging with tags and receipt.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
